Control your diabetes perfectly well in just 90 days and then live like a normal person for the rest of your life. Eat any kind of food you like the most. No diets or supplements needed. Those who have high blood pressure and high cholesterol require some diabetes diet and nutrition guidelines.

TYPE 1 DIABETICS:  All you need do is monitor your blood glucose levels at least 6 times a day (3 fasting glucose levels and 3 after-meal glucose levels) for "90 consecutive days" with a goal in mind to lower the daily average glucose level to normal with an optimal rapid-acting insulin dose and after-meal exercise (walking/treadmill/biking). Fine-tuning of after-meal glucose levels is necessary during this research phase. The more times you monitor your blood glucose levels, the more accurate your daily average glucose would be, and the better you understand your diabetes. Your blood glucose levels will then be stabilized, thereby establishing normal hemoglobin A1c levels (< 7%). With stabilized blood-glucose levels and normal A1c, you will be able to control diabetes precisely and keep it controlled for the rest of your life.

OUTCOME: You will then be rejuvenated with fresh red blood cells filled with normal A1c levels. Normal A1c means your diabetes is tightly controlled. Long term side effects such as heart and kidney diseases can thus be reversed.

You will then be Living Like a Normal Person for the rest of your life, eating foods that you enjoy the most-keeping in mind however that a balanced meal made from complex carbohydrates, a variety of vegetables and fruits along with fish, skinless chicken or turkey is always the best habit-and of course by injecting the optimal insulin dose and adopting after-meal exercise (walking/treadmill/biking), but more interestingly by monitoring the glucose levels, after research phase, only twice a day.
